"With the right knowledge and resources, we can empower individiual andvthrur families to take control of their health and prevent the onset of diabetes.

In Nigeria, the prevalence of diabetes is increasing, yet many people remain unaware of the preventive measures and management strategies that can significantly improve their quality of life. Our mission is to bring vital diabetes education, intervention, and awareness to communities across Nigeria. Through our "Diabetes: Know It, Fight It, Live Well" campaign, we aim to provide accessible resources and support to those at risk and living with diabetes, helping them lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Our Projects

We aim to launch several key initiatives in Nigeria as part of our "Diabetes: Know It, Fight It, Live Well" campaign:

  1. Community Health Workshops: Interactive workshops to educate the public on diabetes prevention and management.
  2. Educational Materials: Creating and distributing pamphlets, brochures, and digital content to raise awareness.
  3. Screening Events: Organizing free diabetes screening events in underserved Nigerian communities to detect and address diabetes early.
  4. Support Groups: Establishing support groups for individuals and families affected by diabetes, providing them with a safe space to share experiences and receive guidance.
  5. Mobile Health Clinics: Setting up mobile clinics to deliver screenings and educational resources to remote and rural areas in Nigeria.
  6. Research Funding: Supporting innovative diabetes research to find better treatments and ultimately a cure.
